Friends,
I'm looking to convert my 1/12 HPI Desert Trophy Truck to a brushless system.
Here are my questions:
1. Can anyone recommend a motor / ESC that will work well for this size of truck?
2. Do I have to move to lipo batteries or can I just keep using my standard 7.2v nihm batts?
3. Can I keep using my Piranha CX-10 quick charger with lipo?
That's it!
Thanks.

1. Here is a good combo- http://www.hobbypartz.com/ez-60a-rc-...ar-system.html <div>

</div><div>3. From all i know about the charger, no, it cannot charge lipos. Have fun!</div>

Great, thanks. I don't mind spending $100 on the kitjust didn't want to spend $200.
Do I need to change out my pinion gear, too?
