It really is sad when you have to get rid of an rc car. And, i do like a couple of them.

yeah, this year I started with 5, now i'm down to two, I also had to sell off my good bass guitar and some collectibles. tis what happens when you become unemployed and when you get ripped off from unemployment because the boss lied about what happened.

I think we found some to agree on phmaximus! I would give up any combination of what you have in that pic except for the Five-T! Once you do it and get your new 8ight-E up and running you will be wondering why you didn't do it sooner! 1/8 e-Buggies are awesome.

guy where I work that happened to
he had a massive heart attack (on the job) and the doctor told him he can't even move 10lbs worth of stuff anymore. The company won't fire him, but they won't give him any hours either so he can't get unemployment. They instead said he abandoned his job... Yes I work for a crappy place

I know how you feel (well almost). I have not been able to sell anything r/c related that I have purchased. It just goes to the shelf where it will sit until I die. I cant let go.........there mine, all mine. It's like getting rid of your teddy bear when your a kid.....aint happening. Even the cars/trucks that have pissed me off to no end.........are still on the shelf.

its human nature to always want more, get 1 at a time if you haven't already planned to do that yet.

I think every one in the hobby down sizes their garage at least once,

If I had kept every rc I ever owned I'd have no where to keep them,

The last time I thinned out my garage was just before Christmas,

where I was down to just one modded savage xl with a picco engine,

I had just sold my 5t which one time I said I'd never sell,
2 x kyosho madforces,
Ofna lx2,

Since Christmas I have left running nitro vehicles,

And have spent quite a bit on brushless trucks,

My garage now consists of
1/6 rovan 4wd fg monster clone,
Hopped up hpi savage flux hp,
Losi lst raminator with 2250kv brushless conversion,
Hpi savage flux xs ss with castle 3800kv,
Nitro savage xl currently running a kershaw motor mount and 2365kv motor,

I guess that before this time next year my rc garage line up will look completely different,

I have regretted selling up some of my collection over the years,
but i usually only need a couple trucks at any time to take the edge of my rc addiction,

UPDATE, Havent sold the Losi XXX-NT that fell through but... I sold the HBX rocket and thats brought me a Losi-e body and some liquid mask...
And The Tamiya M03 is been sold right now, for $130. Thats just enough to cover the tekno conversion kit...ohhhh cant wait,I love putting brand new chassis together.

Im going to freshin up the 8ight I'll start with all 3 diffs and a good inspection, new oil, gasket/oring & the light weight output cups, then its onto the suspension and steering ball ends they all have a little slop so im thinking of getting the reinforced ball ends to fix that, and the shocks feel good for now dont need to touch them just yet.

With any luck ill be able to sell a 1/10 Colt EP Truggy for over $120 RTR, that should cover the little bits and peices and a good steering servo

Whats a Good servo for under $100

Red X sold
Yellow O selling

I have had probably 25 or so RCs in the last few years and I am down to the 3 listed below. I have regretted selling every single one that I have sold except the 3 Duratrax RCs I have had. I'll sell them and be happy, but a few months later I'll miss each and every one of them.

I was down to the Baja and the 8ight and I missed fixing/working on RCs so my wife just bought me the Stampede 4x4 ('cause dammit, the 8ight and 5SC just don't ever break!)

phmaximus, I have a savox 1256tg, 0.15 speed and 20kg of torque on 6v. They can be had for around $80-$90 in Australia. Some people use external bec with them but I never had to. Its in my mt4 so if it can turn those huge tires easily  than it can turn anything 8 scale I assume

A mini chassis, either Tamiya M-Series or HPI Cup Racer I assume.. the upper plate kind of looks like something from ABC but I think it's a cup racer.
