Default Carbon fibre material

Carbon fibre material, anyone know where to find that stuff? I'm thinking about making a radio tray and braces out of it for my MBX R2.

You can usually find some on ebay. An alternative would be to get a sheet of Concealex, which is a type of thermal plastic. THey make it to look like carbon fiber. You can find it here: [link=http://www.knifekits.com]knifekits.com[/link] Look under sheath making materials.

Do you want it for looks of strength?
If you want looks then you use carbon fibre but is you are after strenght I would suggest glass fibre. You ca go to any lectronics store and get printed circuit board which is terrible cheap and has more strength that carbon fiber (although it is a bit heavier)
