building some tracks

Me and my son are getting into rc pertty good and wer looking fore a local track with no luck so we are tiying our hand at tracking bilding we are starting with two and will be open to the publick in about a month . I do have a lot of experience bilding dirt bike tracks fore ridgeriding.con fore the last 5 yers. But these are a little differant and would appreciate any input. It is located in springville AL 35146

First thing I would look at (keeping in mind I have no experance at all in track building) would be check out the IFMAR web page and make sure it's compliant especially if it's open to the public.
Don't quote me but ur local governing body ROAR might even offer insurance.
I know it's not really much help with building a track but it's a start
