James, the site you posted is NOT related to the people the OP is referring to. You just accused innocent people of scamming, and could be sued for libel. I have edited your post. Be very careful what you write on the internet particularly when accusing people of criminal activity, you are 100% liable for what you write and you are not anonymous.

While I cannot be certain, I assume you'll find the business to which the OP is referring is outragerc.co.za, but it might not be.

Note that the phone numbers on the website are different.
