Default RC car Anodizing???

HI,

I've done alot of anodizing for paintball guns and stuff some people have suggested I try anodizing for RC since its also a fairly popular hobby.

Is this something that would have interest or am I wrong?

heres a picture of one of the paintball guns ive done.

Hopefully this is the right forum to post this if not please point me to where to go! Thankyou

Yes, there are several people in my area that have had their aluminum parts custom anodized to suit their individual tastes. However, this seems to have been much more popular around here in the late '90s than today. My recommendation is to hook-up with your local hobby shops and advertise your services there (giving the store a little referral $ to entice them to plug your service). Word of mouth and becoming locally trendy will definitely help.

And don't forget about the large scale rc boat guys either. We are a somewhat small group in the hobby, but when someone puts a $500 paint job on a hull, chances are they would pay for matching anodized hardware (rudder, turn fin, strut, etc)
