Default ROAR insurance cover Crawling and U4RC?

Our county park is now requiring ROAR membership to use the crawler course area and the U4RC track. I see nothing on the ROAR website that their insurance covers any of the above activities. Anyone here know what they cover?

ROAR membership basically is liability insurance for the club in case someone gets hurt. OR, you could just make everyone sign a waiver... that'd make it a lot easier. Lol

Legally speaking, insurance is the way to go. A waiver only covers the person who signed it and those the person signing represents, like a parent signing for a minor. So the driver signs a waiver. What about spectators or that person just walking by who got knocked in the head by the rc car that flew out of the track area? They didn't sign a waiver and a waiver isn't going to prevent them from sueing the driver, the club, and the land owner for compensation. Insurance will cover all that though. I'd just want to make sure that this club is officially covered by the ROAR insurance and the only way to do that is to check with ROAR.
