Default Need some nitro help

I just bought my first nitro truck. ($50.00) Its a used RC10 GT, RTR. It is filthy, and has been sitting in a basement for about a year with old fuel still in the tank. It was only run about 4 times since new. The guy I bought it from says he just don't have time for the hobby anymore.
What I need to know is... 1 What can I use to clean the motor and frame off with? 2 Is there anything I should flush the engine out with? I bought fresh fuel, glow plugs, and glowplug ignitor. All the other components of the truck look ok. I would just hate to mess up the motor before I even get a chance to use it. ANy advice would be great. Thanx!

clean up the frame with either any of the "nitro sprays" or brake cleaner (almost the same thing)

as for the engine. dump the old fuel and flush it out with new fuel.... ie... run it.

you might have a bit of a time cranking it as any fuel in there might have gelled up. but once it runs and heats up it should clear any old fuel out.
