ok heres my problem i got my engine running right but at a little over half speed the engine sounds like it drowns it self or sumthing i dont no what it is but i can not get up to top speed so if someone has advice it would be greatly appriciated. thanks

If the engine sounds like it's drowning out it probably is. Is it spitting raw fuel out the pipe? What is the main (high speed) needle valve set at? The factory recommended settings are really rich, and you need to lean them out as the engine gets broken-in...

it is tuned to run normal at regular speeds or as far as i can tell i dont understand though how it only does this when it shifts to 2 or a little above 2nd
