Not really but what kind of temps are we talking about?
Bitter cold is a bad idea. Just mild winter temps are fine.
I will suggest turning you HSN out an additional 1/8 to ¼ turn to start with. I don’t know what elevation you are at but there is a fair amount more oxygen in the air when it’s cold that when it’s warm. Most “factory’ settings are set with warm temperatures in mind. Elevation plays a big part of it as well. Worst care scenario, you fatten’ it too much and need to lean it out a bit. A little too fat is a helluva lot better than too lean at break-in.

I broke in a new engine yesterday. It's a heli but uses an aero engine (plane engine). I did in fact run it a little more fat than I would have if it were late March or early April. Granted, plane engine break-in differ much from car/truck engine break-in. You will need to add maybe two extra tanks of running throughout your break-in procedure. If the instructions say 4 or 5 tanks, you’ll need to 6 to 8 just for good measure before “turning it loose”. This is just a safety precaution and will add to your engines longevity since the head temp won’t be quite as high under that same settings come a few months down the road.
As the ambient temps increase, you’ll find yourself tuning on it more and more despite how “perfect” you get it running now.
Good luck and happy R/Cing!
