you shouldn't have to wait any amount of time to take your glowplug out. once the engine fires you should be able to take it out no problem. Theres no 10 second rule

I'm sorry. i haven't been in the usa for that long just came from Russia my sister is teaching me how to type better.but I'm sorry if my grammar bothered you guys. and what i meant to say was wen we start the car is fine but wen we take out the glowstarter it stales

If that is the case - then most likely, the glow plug is bad and needs to be replaced.

Yeah it sounds like the glow plug, but hey it may be just too cold outside, here last night it was like 28 degrees out and I was itching to play w/ the nitro car, and it was a pain trying to start it. It would do the same thing, I fixed it by putting a fresh battery into my glow starter, and when it lit, it stayed it. Also try you motor may be just too rich, I found out last night if its too rich, the nitro will put the glow plug out or something if too much fuel is getting in there, and if I kept the starter on the glow plug it would stay running. So i leaned it out a bit, and fired away, it fired up and I made my final adjustments and was away, untill i ran into a pole and broke an a arm.[:'(]
