Default More problems

I was driving my car for about an hour this morning and then i took a break for like two hours, went outside, had a little trouble starting it then when i was flooring it down my road all of a sudden the engine cut out. totaly randomly wiht no sighns. It was runing smooth then the engine just stopped. What happened????

I was doing the samething several weeks ago, my connecting rod broke. Hope you have better luck.

If your engine wont turn over like its jammed inside or it has no compression then it almost deffeinitly sounds like your conection rod has broken

no its not that its jammed and it still has compresion

Well maybe the engine was oer reved and stalled itself.

A friend of mine experienced the EXACT same thing as you. We opened his engine and found the crank shaft ripped apart. The piston and sleeve was all scratched from metal pieces from the crank. In another word: garbage.

I really hope youre not that unlucky!

Edit: Feck, I just read that your engine was NOT jammed, and I cant delete the post. Sorry

this happend to my savage i took the engine out and noticed that there was a stone stopping the flywheel from turning[&:]

Dkd he just said that the engine still ahd compression and to know that the flywheel would be able to move so he can see if there is any compression or not.
