Would you buy RC Spinners
Hello
Would you buy billet Spinner rims for your on-road car?
What would you pay for a set of 4 spinners like these below that will fit on just about any on-road car or truck rims?
Thanks for your thoughts.

A friend of mine made a set for me that he cut just like those except only four cuts. they look like iron crosses. He made them with aircraft aluminum and didn't charge me a dime. For a set like yours though, I'd expect topay about $80 to $100. How much do you think you would have to charge for them to get your money's worth?

If they cost the same as any other rim I would buy them but If they cost much more I would never even think about it

Spinners are not intended for bashing, why would anybody want to do that to them in the first place. Spinners are for show only, any nimbrod can figure that one out. If you're into having a concourse car then they are awesome. I would easily pay $100 for them.
If you're the kind of person who would drive your car around (especially in the dirt) with spinners on, then you shouldn't even be allowed to have an rc car.

Under the presumption they cost as much as the real life full size versions in respect to standard tires, I would say no. I would not even buy them for show. More to go wrong, more money, more parts. I voted no. However I can see if I had a lot of money to throw around maybe I'd get them but since I don't and I like a fast car that is extremely reliable and dependable I think my money is better spent on parts to puruit those qualities. Meh

And a nodding dog and a six foot whip ariel with a foxes tail on the top. might as well add a cut down coke can for an exhaust while your at it, and one of those plastic body kits that really funny after a year when all the filler starts falling out.

lol @ curb feelers and fuzzy dice...
dont forget to paint the body primer grey and add some rust and dents to add the full effect... maybe even a "pimp juice" bumper sticker...
i voted no since they add no performance to the car, they are ugly, and there just like superchargers and nitrous kits for r/c cars... made for people with alot more money than an IQ...

Actually for a good set of spinners for a real car, you can expect to pay anywhere from 500 to 1200 or more for a full set. ($1200 if you get the 22's [8D] which is the only way to go if you are actually going to put them on your car) But then again... there are the hubcap spinners[:@]
Anyways, I would not get them for my RC or real car, just because I am more about performance than looks, and the look doesn't really appeal to me. But... I respect the idea and I imagine that there are plenty of people out there who would be interested in them.
