Default Overheating engine

I was out in my back yard driving my electric monster truck when I started hearing this weird noise, I continue driving the truck for a while and soon saw smoke pouring out of the engine. I have no clue if there is something inside the engine or if I fried it. If anybody knows what the problem could be just post it here or PM me.

Thanks 4 the help

I would just take the motor out and see if anything is inside it that shouldn't be, then clean it and put it back in and see if you still have a problem.
