battery pack problem??

Default battery pack problem??

Hi guys

i just got a new set of gp3300's and a set of deans probars the deal is a tried soldering them with a 20watt iron and its just not working will it work with a 30watt iron or what i cant seem to find a 40watt iron anywhere all there is is 20, 30 and 60watt what 1 shall i get

ya go for the 60w I found out how hard it is to solder deans but I can do it in less then a minute now just tin the connector take the wire(use pliers for this if you cant stand heat) and hold the wire on the connector while putting the iron on top of the stripped wire.Hope that makes sense

I use a Radio Shack 40w and have no trouble, also flux makes all soldering jobs MUCH easier

you might want to make sure you are using 60/40 electric grade solder...

ok im going to get a 60watt just need to find 1 in my budget now there all about £35+ and i was looking at about £15 it can be put on hold for a few weeks i think but thanks very much for your help
