Default car problems

I took my car yesterday to the beach and drove it around in the sand for about 4-5 minutes, than it died. Today I drove it around a little and its messed up. Somehow everytime I want the car to move I have to push It with my foot to get it tor start moving. The car wont go forward or backwards by itself and when it does its not as normal as it usually would. It goes way slower than usual too.
Whats the problem here? What should I do? Hopefully its not a major problem. This issue ticks me off because I got it two weeks ago and now its immobilised. I appreciate all of your help thanks alot.

I am guessing you have an electric Duratrax Evader. You are probably experiencing the first signs of brush wear on your motor. This thread may be helpfull to you:

You will need to clean your brushes and/or commutator. If that doesnt do it, you may need to replace your brushes, or even the whole motor. Look into the P2k2 stock motor if you do.

It sounds like sand got in your motor and caused wear on your brushes and/or commutator. As stated above, it's time to replace the brushes and potentially cut the comm.

Also, since you used it in the sand, you need to do a thorough cleaning of your car to make sure no sand remains in the suspension.
