What didn't move?
Could you not pull the cord... or did the cord pull out and not turn the engine?

If the cord was tight, then the engine is probably seized, for whatever reason.
If that's the case, first try removing the plug, to make sure the engine isn't hydro-locked.
If you still can't turn it, heat the cylinder with a heat gun and try again. (Hair dryer might work too)

Let us know.

Maybe you've flooded your engine?

Just be careful that u dont damage the return spring for the pullstarter. I had this problem with my MAX ST just yesterday. The pullstarter wouldnt move but i also had the car sitting in my bedroom since the winter because i have ALOT of problems with it. And that combined with a very short temper isnt a good match.

so my guess is that maybe its seized up. Take out the glow starter plug and try pulling it then...but be gentle and it will take time to get the piston moving freely again. Those are my exact steps that i took and now the pullstarter is moving and the engine is now starter

HAHAHA

I had a bunch of damn dirt in mine the other day. I took it off the engine, smacked it on the counter 2 or 3 thousand times, and flushed it our thru the tap and it seemed better. Try that.
