Default Problem with my RS4, Help

I have an RS4 and recently it stopped working for some reason. What happens is after I prime and pull start the engine it seems to rev up really loud and then die out. It doesn't move it just idles and revs up and then just stops. I don't know what's wrong with it and I could really use some help. Could it be I need to replace a part? Maybe I'm not being specific enough about describing the problem but please let me know on what you think could be wrong with it! Thanks
