What does it do?

that was mean, yet funny. I dont know what it does either.

It Starts the engine in stead of using a pull start on the engine

It has a big wheel attached to an electric motor and when you get the car in the right position and push down on the box the motor spins the wheel which in turn turns the flywheel starting the engine.

Way easier than the hassle of a constantly breaking pull start mechanism
