I was having the same problem until I found this: http://www.xxxmain.com/glue.shtml
Find the "DuPont" that you want in a magazine and.........using this lexan glue, glue it to the inside of the body.
I'm sure some people have used this stuff, tho, I haven't yet, but, I did order some to do the same thing that your trying to do, but, only with pix instead of decals. Cheaper, too!! Something to consider, considering if you do find the "DuPont" decal, it'll probably be about $6.
Just a thought.

You might want to try using the clear Faskolor, the agent used when spraying the metalflake. Brush a coat on the plastic and on whatever you're attaching. Let the clear get tacky before assembling. Use a wet finger to push any air bubbles out to the edges. Hope this helps,it works great for me.

Hey, Jim, ya found one!
I bought that Faskolor from my LHS. I told Chris at the lhs what I wanted to do and turned me onto that one. Said I was a "beta-tester", 'cuz he didn't know much about Faskolor, so, I boughtthe other one as well, when I ordered the masks.
