This is an idea for an article. You take pairs of vehicles like T-Maxx and E-Maxx OR TC3 and NitroTC3 and have your engineers rig the electrics such that they are as fast or faster than their nitro counterparts. I'm trying to do that now with my electric TC3. My brother has a nitro TC3 and it blows my stock electric TC3 out of the water. What should I put in my electric TC3 to make it as fast or faster than his Nitro TC3?

Brushless and lots of batteries for power.

The worst part is even if you do get going as fast...he can just re-fuel you'll have to re-charge and that takes far more time.

Modified electric has always been faster than gas but the duration of run time is the issue.

Get some Lipo cells and your set on the run time part pluss they are light!

try using an orion revolution 8x2 with matched 3300. geared right it will fly

I run my boats on that and one day i put it in my 4 tec and it was faster than my nitro rush evo....just make sure you have 4 wheel drive hahahaha

the tc3 is the new record holder!!.. car action recorded it at 134.4mph... confirmed!!
