How hot is it running-do you have a temp guage
[link]http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0095p?FVPROFIL=++&FVSEARCH=temp+gauge&FVPROFIL= ++[/link]
What engine do you have, what size is it
What fuel are you running
Did you cut a 2" hole in your windshield to let the air cool the engine???

Thanks for your imput
It your getting a little smoke from the pipe you should be fine but you might richen a little if it slows down on top end then put it back where you had it. If you can find someone with a temp gauge you can borrow check to see if its hitting up around 300 degrees thats to hot.

IS this your engine

try shimming the cylinderhead lowering the compressionratio, or use something like 16% nitromethane. What type of exhaust are you using?

That engine should run fine on TF 20%

If it's overheating it's gotta be lean or it has an air leak.
I'd start looking for an Air leak first,
look around the Carb, needle valve, back plate for any sign of raw fuel

If that ain't it
Check you low speed needle it may be too lean as well
After you warm it up, pinch the fuel line about an inch from the carb, If it dies very fast 2-3 seconds it's lean on the bottom, if it starts reving and then dies after about 5-6 sec. it's OK

When all else fails go back to the factory needle settings and re-tune the motor
Good luck
