as part of my winter project for my maxx. i wanted to add this grave digger body. however it closes up the motor leaving little access.
obviously i need the hole in the windshield. but to check the motor temp during running should i cut a hole directly over the top of the motor?
or would you suggest getting the onboard temp gauge and maybe mounting it in the back window some how so it can be seen easily?

yuo might find that for winter running the extra insulation on the engine will be advantagous. if it is REALLY cold where you are you might find that you cant get the truck up to temperature, so I wouldnt go too mad with the ventialtion unless you are having overheating issues.
