Why do you think you need the hard anodized shocks? I havent had any problems with the stock ones on mine.
Either way, Id say get the graphite first. If you get the full kit, I think it makes the car weigh like .3 pounds less. It doesnt sound like a lot, but thats almost 10 ounces which would be equal to the weight about 5 ESC's (assuming they weigh 2 ounces a peice).
