Target used to sell this little strip (mabe 6"s long and 3/32" wide) of neon stuff that was used inside your car (the package showed it above a radio), I think it plugged into a ciggerete lighter outlet.

I'm sure you could modify some of them to work on your car.

Personally I think neons are kinda dumb, but thats just my opinion (maybe its just because all the "potato cannon tailpiped cars in town have them) so dont go flaming

Oh, some other things you might consider.

Ive seen some people make "fake" neons by putting LED's inside peices of a straw.

At Target Ive also seen this neon wire (I believe you get 6 feet of it and a plug that goes into the cig. outlet), I actually bought some of it one time but I couldnt get it work right, it worked for maybe 5 seconds then it just stoped.

I just bought a black light kit for inside the body from [link=http://www.spazstix.com/home.html]SPAZ STIX[/link] .It's pretty cool. You paint the body with flourescent colors and it glows from the inside out.The pic is fireball orange and flourescent yellow.Cant wait to get a body done. They make some killer color change paint also.I guess you could mount the light tubes under the car in a clear plastic tube. The kits are only $13.
