can a 13 turn motor cause interference in control fo the vehicle at high speeds if so what coulb be the solution

The motor shouldn't cause interferance at all. I think the rule of thumb is to keep the receiver as far away from the electronics as possible. What exactly is happening. Is the steering getting sensitive at high speed? Or is the radio gear tweaking out? It'd help to describe exactly what's going on.
