my friend has an acme cyclone and hes bought a wasp .18 and a new clutch for it anyways we put it in the car and when he gives it gas gradually it moves faster and faster but if u nail it it jus creeps slowly and revs up hi we r not sure wut it is, does anyone have any advice

Sounds like the clutch isn't engaging fully, or the slipper clutch. Check them out. If not them, then have a look at your diff. Need to find out where the slipping is.
