I took my engine(OS.12) out of my car (RC10) and completely disassembled it last night. I did it for two reasons....
1.) I wanted to see what the inside looked like and see how it was built
2.) I wanted to make sure it was fairly clean inside and wasn't filthy....
SOOOO.......Now it's in 10 pieces on my workbench and I'm cleaning each individual part with degreaser and a high pressure air nozzle (very small, needle nose tip) to get it as clean as possible. My question is, is the insides are moving nice and smooth because of the oil in there, but after I'm done blowing it all out and getting everythign clean, I'm sure I need to put more oil in, no? If so, can I just use my after run oil, or do I need to get something else? And do I need to put it in as I'm rebuilding or can I rebuild the whole engine and then just squirt it in the glow plug hole and down the carb?
Thanks.....

Just use your after run oil (or something like marvel mystery oil). I just give each part a light coat as I reassemble the engine, then give it a shot down the carb for good measure if it's going to sit a few weeks before I run it again.
Oh yeah, in case you don't know: you should really get some silicone sealant -the oxygen sensor safe kind- and use it around the backplate and carb to be sure you don't have any air leaks. You can get it at any auto parts store.
