Was given this reply, more would be helpful, not saying this wasnt
Hi!
The engine doesn't get fuel! Open the highspeed needle.
Regards!

But, i started the car, then it ran for about 10 seconds then cut out, so could it be something other than the highspeed needle, or could that have been the petrol in the engine buring, then there was not enough getting sucked in? Also how much should i open the high speed neddle?
Cheers
P.S - what would a little bit of sugar in the petrol tank do? Would it wreck the engine?

A. Sugar would DESTROY Your engine
B. you are obviously a noobie so dont try any thing stupid example: putting sugar in the tank
First check to see of your engine had compression and then yes it has a 99.99% chance that it is the needle vales I dont know what type of engione you have but if it has three vales look at them all. It might not be your High speed valve it could be tour low speed or idle. The only car that HPI makes that i know for sure has three needle vales is the different versions of the RS4. I dont know about any of there off road cars
It could also be your glow plug take it out of the car and see if all the coils light up.
Make sure there are no kinks in the fuel lines.
Make sure your glow plug igniter is fully chrged.
I should get payed for this
