Just wondering if anyone has an email address to contact ultimate hobbies.
I looked all over their site and cant find one, I find it hard to beleive a place like them wouldnt have an email address.
I ordered a TLT kit from them about 4 days ago and never heard anything from them, they havent charged it to my credit card yet either. I was wanting to see if the order even went through, but it looks like the only way to contact them is by phone. I dont want to have to make a long distance call though when I could just send an email (assuming they have an email address that is).

No email address that I know of. They're usually pretty busy there. . .especially after the move. I just ordered a few items on Friday and they said they were backed up a bit on mail orders. They don't contact you when they ship. . .they just charge your card the day they ship. That's usually the way you'll know if your order has been shipped. You could also give them a call. . .use your cell phone if you want to avoid LD charges since most cell phones count domestic calls as a local call.
You give up a little customer service for the price that you pay. You can't beat their prices though for most things though so most people order with the understanding that it will show up in a week or two.
