You might be able to find something on one of these sites...
http://www.flextekrc.com/index.shtml
http://www.beatyourtruck.com/prodreview-TOC.html (lots of info on titanium parts)
http://www.lunsfordracing.com/new_products.htm
The Raptor is a fairly new truck, and there are relatively few of them compared to Savages, T-Maxx's etc. Finding titanium parts especially for that truck might be difficult as the manufacturers of titanium and other hop-up parts only support the most popular models. The best idea would be to measure the parts that you need, get the specification (length, thread type etc, etc) and then try to match it to parts that are availible for other vehicles. The Savage in particular would be a good place to start as it is features a similar TVP chassis, and therefore many of the parts will be similar in some respects, look for titanium savage parts and compare the specs to see if you can mod them to your truck.

They may start making them, it just depends on how popular the Raptor becomes. There is no point supporting it if there are very few of them in the country, as they will not sell enough parts to make a profit. Anyway, i'm sure you can find some way to hop-up your truck apart from titanium and anodized aluminium... cough *collari .30&* cough. Extra ponies are always better than cosmetic improvements.
I, on the other hand have no problem spending loads of £££ on hopups for my Thunder Tiger TS-4, and my MT-A4 as these are fairly popular models which have been around for a few years. You might just have to wait...

Have you got a friend who owns a Savage?
There are downloadable manuals for the savage at www.hpiracing.com, but i doubt they would have the actual sizes of the components, most of the time they just give part numbers.
If you know of a place that stocks LOTS of Savage parts then it might be worth taking a part and trying to match it up with a Similar savage part. It could take a while to go through everything, and you may discover that none of the parts are interchangeable, but i think it is the only way.
