How faster will the Nitro 3 Evo drive if you upgrade from the Nitro Star T-15 engine to the 12Rxs engine?

for my evo id like to get an 18ss but iv heard OS max engines are powerful too. maybe a 12 tz 5 port pushing 1.62 hp [X(]

The new O.S. 18 TZ is said to crank out 2+ HP. Talk about blazing!
