Default engine setup

I have an HPI nitro RS4 2. Does anyone know any good setups are??? Like on gears. Example: 13t clutch bell and a 44t spur gear and stuff like that. I was going to test them out to see which combos i think work best performance wise but i figured i should probly ask first. So does anyone know any or tell me what you use. thanx

Suspension will make more of a difference than the gearing, even if it goes fast you still need to be able to turn. Check the HPI set up sheets. for your car. If you run on short tracks going down 1 or 2 teeth on the clutchbell will make the car reach top speed faster, running on long tracks going up 1 or 2 teeth will give you more top speed. Again niether will matter if you car is loose in the corners. HPI has a very good starting point on their site for all their base line cars. check it out. http://www.hpiracing.com/
