I am considering getting a nitro car for myself. What would be a good car to start with? What kind of mateninece is required? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

off road shoud be fine

Do you want to get into ST's, or MT's?

Prefer speed but durability

st would probably be the way to go for you. MTs are generally harder to work on, also. if you want speed, than probably either the traxxas nitro rustler or hpi mt2

If you choose MT, then get the Revo
