Yes of course. The 18ss engine has more torque than the 15 star engine which is really down right insulting when you put it on the MT2. But you can get hardened gears for the MT2 and any car actually. But you will need to find out the specific pasrt Number of course as you know. But the hop-us are available. If you dont wish to spend all that money mail me at [email protected] and make me a wish list from what you think you will need from anything to expensive Futaba to fuel pressure pipes...! I am able to price list most parts cheaper than you woul proabably pay in the US. And Its not a money making think for me either BTW. I just hate when companies ripe us off after we pay throught eh nose for something that we have to almost completely replace anyway.[:@]

And , er just realizing that I have come straight off the MT2 thread, I just realized also that you are talking about the Rush...Same deal though. And I would advise this anyway as your diff would last twice as long in the overall wear'n'tear side of things. BUt you would have to also replace other parts aswell so that you dont damage them aswell. Its like a chain reaction really and the product departments managers and dealer REALLY know this. [:-]
