TRX .15 help!

TRX .15 help!
I was wondering what the needle valve settings for the TRX .15 are. The one that comes out of the top is 2 1/2 right? and the one that sits in the throttle arm is? From my understanding if you look in the carb intake you should be able to see a gap of about 1/16 in the needle valve? Please correct me if im wrong because I cant get the motor to start. Thanks for the help guys.

Running.
The one on top is the high speed needle, and the one on the arm is the slow speed needle. The screw for the carb butterfly, is for idel speed. The futher it is open the faster the idle. You may need to open the slow speed needle alittle bit more. I have a .15 OS and fore break in, I open it 2.5 turns.
