Default Clutch problems

hello i recently bought a CEN SP1 . which i regret .its a piece .anyways , what is a good clutch for this .12 size engine .
My problem is , that i almost have to get halfway on throttle or maybe more to get the clutch to engage . my brake is set loose so it takes it about 4 feet to stop on its own . i saw a clutch on ebay , was wondering if anyone knows the website or company who sell this clutch . the name is '' Center Force Clutch '' which is kind a cool since i also have a center force in my 89 conquest tsi . was thinking about putting a .18 size engine in it . any suggestions . right now my engine specs are .49bhp at 39,000 rpm . i'm looking for something with 1.25 bhp .

O one other thing , i was out with the car early and i took the hose that goes from the exhaust to the gas tank off , and it seemed like it ran a lot better and faster . will running it like that hurt the motor . or has anyone tried pulling the hose off there car and running it open . just make sure its not a full tank or gas will spill out .
