Roto Start

hey i just wanted to know why my roto start isnt catching the gears i have cleaned it and tried every thing

hpi knows about the problem. they have fixed it. it had something to do with the case having too much slop for the gears to move around. mine lasted 5 tanks. the updated roto start they sent me has been working fine for 5 gallons now. however it did take 2 weeks to get it.
