I know the problems ordering on the internet. STAYAWAY from RC Planet AKA Lighthouse Hobbies in Utah. They doubled my charges, ignored my e-mails and screwed up mu credit card account.

You'll just have to get a credit card i guess..... or get a trusted friend or relative to order the order the stuff for you - and you give them the cash.

you can get a pre-paid credit card. check out www.netspend.com. or you can get the same card from ACE cash express, a check cashing place. ive also seen them available at some grocery stores.

well I'm only 13 and my dad set up an account for all my money so I have an ATM card and he has a debit card for my account which he gave to me so I can order online as much as I want so long as I don't spend everything, I just can't go into a store and buy stuff cause I don't have signature athority. My dad did it cause I order a lot of stuff online and it was sort of annoying for him to have to always fill out all the shipping and billing crap. Ask your dad if he can go with you to the bank and create such an account too.

as stated, get a prepaid cc. may online placed also accept paypal. all you need is an email addy and if you link to a savings account and get a debit card then your all set. tell your dad, it coud be worse, you could be doing drugs, steeling cars and haveing kids.

is there an age restriction on paypal?
if not,
get a paypal account, link it to ur bank account.
done.
then everytime u buy something using paypal, they take the money out of ur bank account instead of a credit card.

That is definately a first... usually it's the mothers who think RC's are a waste of time.
as others have stated you might want to look into pay pal or a prepaid credit card... those are the easiest to get.

look just tell your dad you aren't a kid anymore and that the money you earn is yours and yours to spend how you like! Tell him that it is your hobby and you enjoy it and you don't give a hoot whether he likes it or not but he shouldn't spoil it for you.

if my kid said something like that, I would reply, the first thing you need to spend it on is getting your own apartment and paying bills. i dont think thats the route to go.
i would just go get your own PP CC then after you get paid each week go put some money on the card, dont say anything about it to anyone. if need be, also get a post office box to have stuff shiped to.
