Anyone know what this is?
I made a deal with a guy locally on some R/C parts and cars. This was in the box it came in and I was wondering WTH it is, I searched the web and came up empty. I am new to this stuff so if anyone cna help its much appreciated...

it's a dyno for electric motors. It pretty much revs the motor until the motor hits it's peak RPM and the entire time it's revving it records all the data of RPM, watts, torque, maybe even amps. Then you can see the results graphed out. A dyno is sort of a tester for motors.
