So, I reassembled a Cen GX1 from 4 years ago, hasnt been run since then. Cleaned out the carb, built the car. Attatched the glo-starter and with one short pull the engine fired up and idled. I was in shock.. I was expecting to have a sore arm by the end of the day.. but no. One pull!!
Also, if an engine hasnt been used for 4 years or so, but was broken in back then, can I run it fast, or does it need a sort of 're-break in'

No, it doesnt need a re-break in. you probalby wanna take off the cooling head and check the internals, and clean them with Nitro Cleaner, you probalby dont need to be uase the engine fired up so quickly, but its a good idea.

I tell you, CEN is the most underrated RC company out there. I have had HPI and Traxxas, but once I got a CEN, I dumped my modded Tmaxx and savage and got some more cens.
