Default Metric & Std. Aluminum Dress-Up Washers

Hello all you rc car people, where do you keep the aluminum dress-up washers that fit around the head of socket head capscrews? I have both metric and standard size screws so lets here them all. I don't mean those concave washers either, those are the only kind I can seem to find.

I'm an rc boater and plan on using them under my engine mount screws to take the strain, so they might as well look nice. Plus they are thicker than a standard washer, and aluminum which won't rust. Stainless washers are too thin, and the screw still ends up leaving a dimple in the mounting ear. These seem to be the perfect answer, but I've only seen them around and dont know all the rc car suppliers that might have them.
