If you had 800 bucks what would u buy...?
I have a revo, mini t, elect. 4tec, elec evador. Im looking into a buggy or an 1/18th car or truck and i also want a great Fm Radio
what would u get? i have been looking into the turmoil and the 8 and some others...and the xray m18 and m18T...and some others..

i would buy all electrions for my s-maxx( transmitter,reciver,servo,etc.) the rest would go to tower hobbies, on what ever looks like i could use.

I would get a Team Losi mini t and go all out on it. When you pass a 1/10th scale nitro MT like it's sitting still then you have somthing to brag about.

Well me personally would save up a little more $$$ and get a baja 5B, but you said you dont want 1/5th. So definetly go with a 1/8th buggy, there the fastest off-road cars out there, and are a blast to drive. Also for a FM radio definetly get a Futaba 3PKS synth. Its definetly the best radio you can get, and if you dont wanna spend that much money, at leas get the PCM version. PCm is basically a much faster version of FM, and if you use all digital servos you can use Futaba's HRS mode (basically super fast speed). I used to think that the servos where what mattered, and the raio isnt that big of a deal. I sed to be running a futaba 2PH radio in my 1/8th buggy with a 94358Z digital servo, and a 6V RX pack. I upgraded to the 3PKS PCM, and no joke the speed, and torque of my servo drastically imcreased. You wont believe me until you see it for your self. IT was fast enough it took me a few weeks just to get used to.

see now i like your idea its just i dont want to run lipos...i also like the 1/8 buggie idea but i dont think i want to spend that much...thanks anyhting else???

Have you considered a truggy
? You can get the speed (well almost) and handling of a buggy but with the size and durability of a Monster truck. IMO one of the most exciting classes in RC vehicles

If I had 800 buck, I'd buy a bench top milling machine. A quality American built one at that.
If you're looking for a car, though, I'd get a fully loaded electric something or another. The best radio, the best brushless system, and a lipo pack and deluxe charger for it. Basically, I'd build a super fact electric. Doesn't matter if it's a car or truck so long as it's upgraded to the max.

All ready have all that but with a OS RG and a STS D21B. If I had $800 all at once I did not have to put on bills I would take a road trip on the motorcycle. All ready have arond 19 RC cars and trucks.

thats just about what i spent this week for a hyper 8 pro kit,engine,servos and few more goodies.
i was hoping i`d get it today but NO. i guess i`ll have to wait until next week. no brown truck today[&o]
