Default Any one ese have this Problem

I have a TTR EB4 and the line coming from the exhuast back to the fuel tank keeps breaking on the exhuast end, i think it is the shell that is doing it. If you have watched the video of mine about why my engine does this

(goto 1 min 30)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ps5bM4MetcI

I was told it was an air leak causing the problem meaning it leaned, i searched everywhere where there could be one and no answer..... HOWEVER i find the line coming of the exhaust has split at the end of the connector. meaning fuel isnt being pushed into the tank and im guessing leaning out. i dont tihnk my engine is dameged yet PHEW.... I can by a connector that outs the line at 90 degrees therfore hopefully stopping the problem, This will cost about 3 quid, quite expensive for what it is

Anyway i was hoping if there was a solution to this problem, that will cost a tiny amount, or whatever, im just wondering, as i have PLENTY of fuel line so i dont mind if it keeps breaking, im more worried about my engine life and the fact of me haeing to constantly change it, which i assure you will do my ed in

Thanks

Ryan

well, you could reroute the line as best you can to avoid it breaking...
Or you could wrap it in some electrical tape, or put some shrink wrap over the tubing.
or take a piece of fuel line and split it down one side, then slip it onto the body where the exhaust line hits the body (might need to use a bit of glue). this way the exhaust line isnt against a sharp edge, its against the other fuel line.

well i dont think its against a sharp edge i think its just the pressure of the body pushing the pipe down against the connector splits it

Thanks
