hi,this is a very good car.i brought one,the main parts are the hub carriers, upgrade to ally one's as the screws tend to strip out.the diff's are already upgraded on the 18ss so no need to worry about them.i would also definatly consider upgrading the air filter and exhaust. i have just fitted a tsasi nitro devil rear exhaust and it has made a big difference, but hpi don't make good exhausts so any exhaust is probably better.
good luck with the car and enjoy mate

I have a MT now for about 4 years stated off as a MT 1 and now is a MT 1 ¾. Been through many changes and have MANY gallons of run time on it. Yes only get the SS as the RTR has to many weak points. A couple of suggestions get some alloy steering knuckles a better tuned pipe and sell the SS engine before you ever start it on ebay and buy a OS 18 CV-RX. You will get enough for the SS to buy the OS. The OS is a MUCH better engine. Have you been to the stadium truck forum as the longest thread on the whole site is the MT2 thread with over 460 pages and growing about 5 pages a day.

Thanks
