Default two questions one post!!

i have got a couple of questions for you guys!!they are probabl dumb ones please answer them!!

if i am putting carbon fibre discs on m truck do i need toleave the standard brakes shoes on??

and also i recently took the backplate off my k4.6 savage engine, since i put it back on, the tuning has been none responsive so i am assuming an air leak!! what do i use to seal up the backplate??

Don't know about the brakes, the stock ones on my 25SS have always been more than powerful enough to do endos.
For sealing the engine you need a silicone gasket maker that is oxygen sensor safe. I use a product by Permatex called Copper RTV but I don't know what you can get in the UK.

No you do not run pads with carbon fiber discs and sounds like and air leak.
