hi all,
i am new to R/C and have just got a HPI nitro mt2.
my problem is the car does not stop if i run out of control range. if im running it under acceleration then then turn the control off it just keeps running etc.
please help :-(

lol u must be new if u dont no that it doesnt matter wether the control is on or off the engine will keep running, and it doesnt matter wich control u turn off(transmitter or receiver) the engine will keep running. Try putting a stone or stick over the exhuast

nah dude i know the motor will keeps running regardless of controller.
the problem is if im at full acceleration and steering and i lose signal the car remains at full throttle and holds its steer.
so if i lose signal for any reason while driving its time to start running.

Dude...get a failsafe. There are lots out there. Here are just a few:
