Default Mac-Star .28 Nitro Engine

hey everyone im thinking about getting a Hobao Hyper st and it has a Mac-Star .28 Nitro Engine can any one tell me about them and if they are any good?

pretty sure its the mach 28 that comes on the new hyper 7 28TQ. There allright, but not the best mill, be a good learning engine

mabye but heres a page on the hyper st and at the botom of the page is a pic of the engine, if you could tell me about the engine that would be great.

its a mach 28 that comes on the Hyper 7. As i said its a pretty good engine

ok how much more powerfull is it than say a hyper.12 engine?

its a BB engine, the 12 is a Small block. A small block in a truggy just wouldnt cut it, it would have a hard time even makin it move lol

yeh true. its just ive got a 1/10th buggy with a .12 engine so i was just wonderin.
what kinda speed,torque,horsepower could you expect?

look for specs of the motor on ofna or hobao. It will have specs of the engine there. It will have alot more power than the 12, hence why it can push the ST alot harder and faster

also ive seen the picco 28 engine and it looks so much better and has more horse power etc so how does that compare to the mach 28?
