Can You ID this transmission
This was included in an RC parts lot that I bought. Looks like an RC10 tranny, but which one?, similar to my original buggy and rc10t, close but not exact. Might be any from the B2, B3, B4 OR T2, T3 etc.
Or is it possible its from a losi?

RE: Can You ID this transmission
My guess is a Losi......looks like something I used to see 10 years ago on their buggy. But I can't be sure.....at least, that is what the plastic gear box looks like. But, I don't remember the tabs on the back of that aluminum motor mount?! Did you open it yet? If so, what are the gears makeup? Plastic/Brass/Steel/Aluminum? Ball diff or gear? Gear pitch? I don't think it's a Kyosho cause I have the old Ultimas and they don't look like that. If it is Associated....maybe it's the old Stealth tranny?! Sorry I couldn't be exact.

Thanks!, You are correct, I looked it up in the AE website and saw the same thing except for the spur gear.

I was thinking about that, but might as well keep it because I am looking into building a crawler in the future.
Use it as the center differential? (is that the correct term for that)

yeap. take out the balls in the diff, lock it and put the drive shafts into the cups or bore out the shafts and put them over the drive cups.
