Default Is it ok too?

I charge my 6v hump packs after every run nomatter if their empty or still half full.Is it ok if i do this or should i only recharge when their empty? Thanks.

It is a-ok to recharge at any time as long as it is cooled off and hopefully your charger is a "peak detect" charger that will turn off when batt is full. Once in a great while it may be beneficial to run the battery nearly dead.

Yes, it's fine to recharge while the battery still has juice, but keep an eye on the battery and make sure it doesn't over heat....this is a perfect example on why to own a charger that has the discharger feature (think that's what it's called)

ONly do it if your using Ni-Mh packs because Ni-Cds develop a memory.

so do nimh, but to a much lesser degree. You would double the useful life of it if you discharged it properly each time, but like others say, it doesn't really matter, I don't do it either.

It depends on the battery. Look at what it says on yours.
